This isnt just a jobits a leadership role for someone who thrives on **ownership, efficiency, and excellence**. **You should be able to:** * Perform and train others in **all garden maintenance tasks** including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, planting, mulching, trimming, and seasonal care. * Work both **independently** and with a **team**. * **Train and mentor** junior team members with patience and clarity. * Drive a **pickup truck** (license preferred). * Bonus if you can drive a **snow plow** in winterthis will earn you extra points! * Identify plants, pests, and diseases.
