Job Opportunity We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Business Partner to join our team. About the Role: Assist in preparing annual operating budgets, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Analyze financial and statistical data to provide valuable insights for internal customers. Prepare management reports using information systems to facilitate decision-making. Manage government reporting by program and assist with quarterly and year-end reporting. Identify potential financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to mitigate negative impacts. Oversee client financial and statistical data to ensure quality and accuracy. Collaborate with clients to develop their financial budget (operating and capital) and monitor financial performances, including financial projections. Assess financial evidence and provide recommendations or develop proposals for investment requests. Manage clients ministry reporting requirements, including external audits of special programs. What We Are Looking For: Accounting Designation/MBA Excellent analytical, problem recognition, and problem-solving skills Excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to identify key issues and provide recommendations to different levels of management Ability to work independently as a consultant to clients and collaboratively as a member of the consultancy team Demonstrated organization skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines, exercise judgment in determining priorities, and adapt to changes Ability to manage high volumes of data and decipher them into relevant information for clients Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products Benefits: $45/hour How to Apply: Click the Apply Now button and follow the instructions to submit your resume.
