Actuarial Expertise Opportunities Vaco by Highspring is currently seeking a seasoned actuary with extensive experience in implementing and refining actuarial models. The ideal candidate will have hands-on involvement in IFRS 17 valuation work, including leading and supporting high-impact initiatives. '> Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive actuarial valuations under IFRS 17 to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative actuarial models. Conduct detailed product analysis to generate valuable insights for strategic decision-making. Assist in preparing regulatory filings and contribute to the development of corporate actuarial capabilities. Requirements: Relevant actuarial designation and 8+ years of hands-on experience in IFRS 17 valuation work. Strong background in actuarial science and familiarity with regulatory capital frameworks. Excellent Excel skills and experience with valuation tools are assets.
