Preparation of financial statements within IFRS/GAAP Coordination of interim and year-end audits for various entities Coordination, review and analysis of annual operating plans Preparation of cash flow forecasting Preparing and presenting decks to the senior leadership team Required Skills and Qualifications: Completed a University degree and obtained a Professional Accounting Designation Have 7 years of experience in a relevant full cycle accounting experience. Prior experience managing staff Experience working within Real Estate sector is mandatory. Experience with Yardi is required.
