Whether you''re just starting out or looking to get your foot in the door, we''d love to meet you. *Primary Responsibilities:* * Answer phones and greet customers with a positive attitude * Schedule service appointments and manage the calendar * Provide updates to customers on their vehicle status *Secondary Responsibilities:* * Assist in quoting and selling recommended services * Learn and support the service team in day-to-day operations * Help ensure smooth workflow between the front desk and technicians *Requirements* * Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills. * Mechanical knowledge related to automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair processes is essential. * Experience in upselling automotive services is a plus. * Familiarity with service writing, auto estimating, and sales within the automotive sector is highly desirable. * Knowledge of various automotive systems including transmissions, air brakes, alignment, suspension, tire service, diesel engine repair, shocks & struts, and auto body repair is beneficial. * Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. * A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
