We deliver exciting interior design projects to a diverse base of clients. Kasian is looking for someone who shares this passion and brings a strong base of technical knowledge on interior spaces.Here's what youll be doing at Kasian:Prepare and review Feasibility, Schematic Design and Design Development Drawings (DD) and outline specificationsPrepare and review Contract Documents (CD) and specificationsEnsure coordination of consultant documentation for project criteria, client program, drawings, and specificationsEnsure the accuracy, quality, completeness, and schedule of finished drawing packages through coordination with team members and consultantsPrepare tender documentsAssemble, circulate, and file project documentsParticipate in production meetings with the project team, consultants, and client representativesPerform Quality Control proceduresPerform building code analysisPerform Contract Administration (CA) duties and/ or support the CA processHeres what you bring to Kasian:Architectural Technology or Interior Design Technology Diploma and 2+ years of experience in Design Development Drawings and Contract DocumentsDemonstrated experience and proficiency in AutoCAD required, Revit experience an assetExpert knowledge of and experience with building codes, interior design, and construction processesExcellent communication and time management skillsExpert problem-solving skillsAttention to detailStrong work ethicWhat We Offer:A creative and collaborative environmentNational project exposure and opportunity to support high-profile pursuitsMentorship and learning opportunities in business strategy and developmentGreat downtown office location with easy access to public transportFlexibility and work-life balance in a values-driven workplaceReady to be part of a leading architectural firm?
