Product Visionary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of retail business, a solid record for delivering customer-centric results, and a natural affinity for cultivating trusted relationships with partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining product roadmaps and backlogs, working collaboratively with local and international stakeholders. Developing product requirements by identifying business needs through collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams. Building and maintaining agile product backlogs by defining requirements, building stories, and performing user acceptance testing. Measuring the success of completed initiatives to ensure business value is being realized. Actively communicating with diverse groups of stakeholders through information sharing, listening sessions, training programs, and strategic vision presentations. Requirements: Bachelor''s degree in a related field. Minimum 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager within the digital eCommerce industry. Previous experience working within ecommerce post-purchase journey including customer communications platforms. Proficiency in Agile product management frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
