Hours: 37.5 hours per week, allowing for a healthy balance between professional dedication and personal life. Job Description Our ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior Product Manager skilled in balancing the voice of the customer with sound business decisions. They must have a deep understanding of retail operations and a proven track record of delivering customer-focused results. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a robust product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing new capabilities based on solid business cases and stakeholder input. Measure the success of completed initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives and maximize the value realized from each project. Actively engage stakeholders by promoting defect fixes, support improvements, and efficiency gains to ensure continuous optimization of our systems and capabilities. Effectively communicate with diverse groups through information sharing, listening sessions, clear documentation, and strategic vision presentations. Provide system expertise, understand stakeholder needs, and assist teams in maximizing the use of our systems and capabilities. Maintain an agile backlog by defining requirements, building stories, and performing user acceptance testing. Collaborate with partners, navigate complex decision-making processes, and influence product strategy to drive growth. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and products in the omni-channel landscape, turning research into actionable recommendations to achieve business objectives. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or related discipline. Minimum 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager within the digital commerce industry. Proven ability to work within the ecommerce post-purchase journey, including customer communications platforms. Proficiency in Agile product management frameworks and ability to build stories & manage an agile backlog. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, effectively conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of user experience and user-centered design principles. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing platform products from concept to market. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
