Senior Product Manager - Digital eCommerce Our company seeks an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and maintenance of their digital eCommerce product portfolio. This is a contract role with possibilities for extension, working in a hybrid environment with 3-5 days in office per week. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing new capabilities based on business cases and aligning with stakeholders. Measure the success of completed initiatives and ensure business value is realized. Support systems and capabilities by promoting defect fixes and efficiency drains into the backlog. Communicate with diverse stakeholders through information sharing, listening sessions, and strategic vision presentations. Maintain an agile backlog by defining requirements, building stories, and performing user acceptance testing. Collaborate with partners to influence product strategy and navigate complex decision-making. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and products, turning research into actionable recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree. Minimum 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager in the digital eCommerce industry. Previous experience in ecommerce post-purchase journey, including customer communications platforms. Proficiency in Agile product management frameworks and ability to build stories & manage an agile backlog. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-driven decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, conveying complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Customer-centric mindset with understanding of user experience and user-centered design principles. Proven track record of launching and managing platform products from concept to market. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
