Marketplace Operations Analyst Role This key position ensures client sellers meet customer promises. In this position, you will establish business relationships with sellers, monitor their performance against crucial KPIs, and influence sellers to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the website. Key Responsibilities: Build strong business and operational relationships with marketplace sellers. Manage seller performance against critical marketplace metrics. Work with sellers to identify and resolve any issues and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience. Act as an escalation point for all customer inquiries/requests and work with sellers to ensure customers have a great experience on the website. You will also represent marketplace operations in e-commerce projects, serve as a subject matter expert, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and communicate efforts required from sellers.
