Marketplace Operations Specialist The objective of this role is to ensure seamless marketplace operations. This involves establishing relationships with sellers, monitoring their performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), and influencing sellers to deliver an exceptional customer experience on the client''s website. Key Responsibilities: Develop strong business and operational ties with marketplace vendors Manage vendor performance against critical KPIs Collaborate with vendors to identify and resolve issues and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience Represent the marketplace as an operations subject matter expert in all e-commerce projects Design and develop future marketplace operations and fulfillment processes Requirements: Bachelor''s Degree required 1-3 years of vendor management experience required Strong communication skills and ability to influence vendors are essential Comfort working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is necessary Experience in retail operations, supply chain or e-commerce is highly recommended
