As an Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in establishing strong relationships with sellers and monitoring their performance against key metrics. Key Responsibilities: Build strategic partnerships with sellers and foster a culture of collaboration and mutual benefit. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring sellers offer exceptional experiences on our platform. Collaborate closely with the Marketplace Key Account Management team to coordinate seller operations reviews. Serve as a subject matter expert for all e-commerce projects, providing operational guidance and support. Develop and implement innovative operations and fulfillment processes that drive business growth. Requirements: Bachelor''s degree required; relevant work experience preferred. Proven track record in vendor management, with 1-3 years of experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate sellers. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a keen eye for detail and analytical skills.
