Marketplace Operations Specialist This role is responsible for ensuring the client''s marketplace sellers meet our customer promise. Main Responsibilities: Built Relationships : Build strong business and operations relationships with marketplace sellers to deliver a positive customer experience. Seller Performance Management : Manage seller performance against key marketplace KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Issue Resolution : Work with sellers to identify and resolve any issues, providing solutions to ensure a great customer experience. Escalation Point : Act as an escalation point for all customer inquiries/requests, working with sellers to ensure customers have a great experience on the website. Operations Expertise : Represent marketplace as an operations subject matter expert in all eCommerce projects, planning, communicating, and driving adoption of any effort required by sellers. Qualifications: A bachelor''s degree in a relevant field is required. 1-3 years of vendor management experience is necessary. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence sellers are essential. Comfort working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Experience in retail operations, supply chain, or eCommerce is highly recommended.
