Job Opportunity: Strategic Product Lead Duration: Flexible contract period, with extension possibility. Work Environment: Hybrid, remote work possible based on team approvals. Hours: 37.5 Hours. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the product roadmap by collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize capabilities, ensuring clear business cases and alignment from steering groups and executives. Measure the success of completed initiatives to ensure realization of business value and capability utilization. Actively support system capabilities by promoting defect fixes, frequent issues, and optimization opportunities into the backlog. Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders through information sharing, training programs, documentation, and vision presentations. Provide technical expertise as a system SME, understand user needs, and assist teams to maximize capabilities. Maintain an agile backlog by defining requirements, building stories, and performing user acceptance testing. Collaborate with partners, navigate complex decision-making, and influence product strategy. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and products, converting research into actionable recommendations for business objectives.
