Marketplace Operations Role The purpose of this role is to ensure sellers on our marketplace are delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will develop relationships with sellers, monitor their performance against key metrics, and influence them to provide the best possible experience for our customers. You will coordinate seller operations reviews with the Marketplace Key Account Management team. You will work with the website technology team to guarantee that all opportunities related to marketplace operations are being escalated appropriately. You will serve as a point of contact and partner to the customer service team, offering support by leveraging your relationship with sellers to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Key Responsibilities: BUILD strong business and operational relationships with marketplace sellers. MANAGE seller performance against key marketplace metrics. OVERSEE seller performance review processes. WORK with sellers to identify and resolve any issues and provide solutions to ensure we offer a positive customer experience. ACTION as a point of contact for all customer inquiries/requests and WORK with sellers to ensure customers have a great experience on our website. REPRESENT marketplace as an operational subject matter expert in all e-commerce projects. Requirements: Bachelor''s Degree required. 1-3 years of vendor management required. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence sellers are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is necessary. Experience in Retail Operations, Supply Chain or e-commerce is highly recommended.
