Job Title: Senior Product Manager About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the development and maintenance of digital eCommerce products. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing product roadmaps, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving business value through data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs, prioritizing new capabilities based on clear business cases. Measure the success of completed initiatives to ensure business value is being realized. Actively support systems and capabilities in your portfolio by promoting defect fixes and efficiency drains into your backlog. Communicate with diverse groups of stakeholders through information sharing, training programs, and strategic vision presentations. Maintain an agile backlog by defining requirements, building stories, and performing user acceptance testing. Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree. Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience as a Product Manager within the digital eCommerce industry. Previous experience working within ecommerce post-purchase journey including customer communications platforms. Proficiency in Agile product management frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
