**Marketplace Operations Analyst Role** This role is responsible for ensuring sellers are meeting customer expectations. Establish business relationships with sellers and monitor their performance against key metrics. Manage seller performance review processes and work with sellers to identify and resolve any issues. Act as an escalation point for all customer inquiries/requests and ensure customers have a great experience on the website. Represent the marketplace as an operations subject matter expert in all eCommerce projects, plan, communicate, and drive adoption of any effort required by sellers. Required skills include a Bachelor''s Degree, 1-3 years of vendor management, strong communication skills, comfort working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and experience in Retail Operations, Supply Chain or eCommerce. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires adaptability, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a strong understanding of the importance of building strong relationships with sellers.
