Job Description

Job Title: Sales Performance Enhancement Specialist Overview of the Role This Sales Performance Enhancement Specialist will work closely with sellers to ensure their marketplaces are providing a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to influence sellers to meet key performance indicators. Responsibilities include managing seller performance, identifying and resolving issues, and providing solutions to ensure a positive customer experience. Additionally, this role requires acting as an escalation point for all customer inquiries and working with sellers to address any issues that may arise. This position also involves representing the marketplace as an operations subject matter expert in e-commerce projects. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain strong relationships with sellers. Analyze and improve seller performance against key metrics. Identify and resolve issues impacting seller operations. Collaborate with the customer service team to provide exceptional support to customers. Develop and implement processes to enhance seller operations and fulfillment. Liaise with store teams to address and resolve site-to-store shipment opportunities. Requirements Bachelor''s degree required. 1-3 years of vendor management experience preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint necessary. Experience in retail operations, supply chain, or e-commerce highly valued.
