Youll develop and execute strategies that amplify brand awareness, strengthen community ties, and deliver measurable results. From negotiating high-impact collaborations to nurturing influencer relationships, youll be responsible for bringing our brand vision to life through meaningful partnerships.ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Campaign Strategy & ExecutionLead the strategy, planning, and execution of influencer marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.Research and scout influencers who align with campaign goals, brand values, and audience demographics.Craft creative briefs ensuring content is engaging, trend-aware, and on-brand.Manage end-to-end influencer and creator outreach, negotiations, contracts, and deliverables.Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate influencer efforts into larger brand initiatives.Track and manage campaign budgets for efficiency and ROI.Prepare post-campaign reports, analyzing KPIs and recommending optimizations.Provide ongoing insights on influencer trends, creative formats, and best practices.Partnerships & CollaborationsOversee all partnership programs, including: Gifting - Maintain an always-on seeding strategy for influencers, creators, and brand friends.Paid Partnerships - Negotiate and manage paid collaborations that deliver on brand objectives.Brand Collaborations Concept, pitch, and execute co-branded campaigns with aligned partners.Influencer Partnerships - Build and nurture a network of high-impact influencers and creators.Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, influencers, agencies, and talent managers.Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, talent managers, and creators across industries.Monitor social trends and emerging creators to expand and maintain a robust influencer database.Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on campaign concepts, influencer content direction, and paid social amplification.Stay ahead of platform updates and emerging influencer strategies to keep campaigns innovative.Qualifications4+ years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, or brand marketing (fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a plus).Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Highly organized with excellent project management abilities.Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.Creative eye for branding and aesthetics.Deep understanding of influencer culture, social media platforms, and current trends.Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently with a remote teamWhy Youll Love Working HereOpportunity to shape the partnerships' vision for a growing, culture-driven brand.Collaborative, creative, and fast-paced environment.4-day work weeks year-round.Remote work culture with an opportunity to collaborate on-site at the 437 head office.Opportunity to travel internationally for brand events and initiatives.To apply please fill out the Google Form linked below by Sunday, August 17th at 11:59pm.
