You'll work closely with school leadership, our Support Team, and families to build a thriving, inclusive, and fun environment where every child can succeed.Youll love this role if you:Thrive in fast-paced, child-first environmentsWant autonomy and ownership to run your own programAre ready to lead a dynamic team with confidence and heartAre passionate about child development and community engagementWhat Youll Be Responsible For:Leading a team of educators and setting the tone for a nurturing, engaging OSC programImplementing emergent, play-based programming based on our TK Pillars: Creative Expression Physical Literacy STREAM Junior Leadership ClubsBuilding strong relationships with school staff, families, and the broader communityManaging compliance with Alberta licensing and accreditation standardsCreating a safe and welcoming space where every child is known, supported, and celebratedParticipating in monthly professional development and leadership growth opportunitiesWhat Youll Need:Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or child care role (OSC preferred)Level 2 or 3 Alberta Child Care CertificationCurrent First Aid & CPR-C, Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search, and Intervention Record CheckA strong sense of initiative, reliability, and love for building positive teams and culturesA passion for mentoring educators and developing high-quality programmingWhy TOPP KIDS?At TOPP KIDS, we believe that great leaders create great programs.
