This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in hotel and restaurant design, strong leadership skills, and a collaborative mindset.As a Senior Interior Designer, you will:Mentor and guide design team membersLead design development for new builds and renovationsEnsure alignment with local, national, and international codes, as well as internal standardsDevelop and present design concepts, schematics, and visualizationsOversee FF&E selection, specification, and documentationCoordinate with suppliers and internal teams across Architecture, Procurement, Construction, and OperationsManage project administration and communicationLead department initiatives that support cultural growthPresent designs to owners and executive managementWhat Youll Need to SucceedBachelors Degree in Interior Design or related field710 years of progressive experience in hospitality designStrong knowledge of Canadian and US building codes, ACA, and ADAProven ability to develop detailed design and construction drawing packagesExperience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlinesA portfolio showcasing large-scale hospitality projectsProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft 365 tools (Planner, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)What Youll Get in ReturnWe recognize and reward exceptional performance.
