Working closely with teams across the company, you'll be the central hub that connects business needs with technical solutions, helping us build better insurance products that customers actually want to use.What You'll Do:Project LeadershipCreate and execute large-scale project plans that deliver resultsManage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomesLead initiatives as a change agent and drive organizational improvementsRequirements & AnalysisGather and document business requirements for internal and external IT teamsEnsure technology solutions actually meet defined business needsTranslate business requirements into clear technical specifications that developers can actionAnalyze and manage requirements for platform enhancements and integrationsStakeholder ManagementCollaborate with internal IT, software development, BI teams, end users, vendors, and implementation partnersIdentify and understand high-level business needs of clients and stakeholdersProvide clear, regular project status updates to all stakeholdersResolve conflicting requirements diplomatically and effectivelyQuality Assurance & TrainingLead testing and QA efforts for websites and online applicationsCommunicate new features, changes, and bug fixes to relevant teamsTrain internal and external teams on system updates and enhancementsMonitor potential impacts on requirements and technical scopeTechnical ExpertiseServe as a subject matter expert providing technical and application supportStay current with new software tools and technologiesMaintain deep knowledge to support both internal and external customersWhat We're Looking ForEducation & ExperiencePost-secondary degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field8+ years of Business Analyst experience with proven track recordCore SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsDetail-oriented with exceptional organizational and planning capabilitiesOutstanding time management and multitasking skillsAbility to stay focused in fast-paced environmentsProfessional attitude with collaborative team spiritExperience working closely with software development teamsAdvanced proficiency in MS Office, especially ExcelQuick learner who adapts easily to new technologiesPreferred QualificationsInsurance industry background (travel or student insurance preferred)Understanding of claims and assistance workflowsFrench language skillsPMP CertificationIf you dont meet every qualification listed, we encourage you to apply.
