LeverageTek is actively seeking an IT Project Manager (ADP Payroll Implementation) for a 4-month contract opportunity with its Ottawa-based customer.Work LocationRemote EST time zone in Canada or USKey TasksLead the end-to-end implementation of ADP Payroll with a primary focus on integrating employee benefits functionalityEnsure accurate mapping and configuration of benefit plans, deductions, and eligibility rulesCollaborate closely with Shared Services, Payroll, Benefits providers, and ADP representatives to ensure system alignmentManage timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate risks related to benefit integration and data accuracyOversee testing, benefits data, and support Key QualificationsProven experience managing ADP Payroll implementations, with a strong track record in benefits integration (specific experience in US benefits integration is a must)Deep understanding of Canadian and US payroll and employee benefits administration specifically within ADP Payroll softwareStrong knowledge of data structures related to benefits plans, enrollments, and payroll deductions AssetsExperience with Mergers and Acquisitions from a Payroll systems migration perspective is a significant assetExperience in a Lead PM role implementing a new Payroll and Benefits system across different countries and geographical locations is an asset (focus on Canada and US) About LeverageTek Staffing SolutionsThank you for taking the time to apply!
