437: Graphic DesignerJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: Remote - job posting open internationallyAbout the RoleWere looking for a multi-talented Graphic Designer to join our growing team and help bring our brand to life across all channels. Youll be responsible for concepting and designing assets for digital and print platforms, ensuring consistent and compelling visual storytelling. This is a hybrid creative-marketing role where youll collaborate across departments to design everything from Instagram posts and email templates to paid ads and print.What Youll Do:Content + Social MediaDesign visual content for organic social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets that align with campaigns and brand toneCreate graphics for social media stories, carousels, and reel coversAssist in content planning and asset management across channelsPaid MediaDesign and optimize static and animated assets for Meta, TikTok, and other paid platformsWork with marketing leads to A/B test creative performance and apply learnings to new iterationsEmail MarketingDesign email campaigns with a focus on conversion, layout hierarchy, and brand aestheticUnderstand and implement marketing learnings for growth and conversionWeb DesignDesign website assets including banners, landing pages, product images, and promotional graphicsSupport UX/UI updates with mockups and creative direction for web builds or refreshesPrint + PackagingDesign print-ready files for packaging, inserts, postcards, retail signage, and event collateralEnsure high standards of production and liaise with print vendors when neededAD HOCAny AD HOC needs that require photo editing or graphic designAbout YouYou are a creatively driven individual with a strong eye for aesthetics and a natural ability to bring ideas to life visually. You have a genuine passion for content and love ideating new ways to tell a story through design. Whether its creating digital assets for social, building out marketing collateral, or developing brand visuals, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating across teams to bring cohesive, engaging visuals to life. Youre not just a designer - youre a storyteller, problem-solver, and someone who deeply understands the importance of beautiful, intentional content in building a brand.Qualifications24 years of graphic design experience, ideally in a creative, marketing, or brand environmentProficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) requiredStrong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design workNaturally creative with a strong eye for composition, typography, and visual storytellingExperience designing for social media, email marketing, and digital campaignsAbility to take direction, work independently, and manage multiple projects at onceFamiliarity with brand identity systems and how to apply them across channelsA collaborative mindset with excellent communication skillsMotion design or video editing skills are a bonusTo apply please fill out the Google Form linked below by Sunday, August 17th at 11:59pm.
