Quality Assurance Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality through rigorous testing and inspection processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent analysis skills, strong knowledge of quality management principles, and proficiency in quality control methodologies. They will also be proficient in quality inspection techniques and tools such as calipers. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Inspect in-process production on the plant floor and identify areas for improvement. Investigate production defects and rejects of products, and perform preventative maintenance on all equipment and tools. Perform quality control tests using various tools to measure product dimensions and characteristics. Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings and reporting discrepancies. Requirements: Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in quality control methodologies, including QA/QC processes. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and tools such as calipers. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Benefits: $19/hr pay rate. Full-time job with a regular schedule (Monday - Friday, 7:30-4:00pm).
