Job Title: Support Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to provide exceptional support services in our Wealth Management department. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service, supporting wealth advisors, and collaborating with colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Manage calendars for Advisors, schedule client meetings, prepare meeting materials, coordinate travel arrangements, and screen incoming communications. Client Care & Communications: Draft professional correspondence, maintain client preferences, and assist with follow-ups from client meetings. Administrative Operations: Track deliverables, liaise with internal departments, maintain CRM records, and help organize team and client events. Team Collaboration & Project Support: Support special projects, maintain internal checklists, and collaborate with other professionals to balance workload. Requirements: A minimum of 2 years'' experience in customer service or administrative roles. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
