Schedule appointments and coordinate with the shop team to meet customer timelines. Use CoStar software and Microsoft Excel to manage data, pricing, and service records. Maintain clean and organized customer records and sales documentation. Communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates and timelines. Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards. Requirements: Tire sales experience is required.
