Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Manager About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced manufacturing operations manager to oversee the activities of production workers. The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating employees, improving production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency. Main Responsibilities: Review production operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems. Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production issues. Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, as well as resolve personal grievances. Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records. Requirements: Bachelors degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience). At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations management. Excellent verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in producing precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models. This role requires flexibility, including availability for rotating shifts or steady midnights.
