SENIOR PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR We are a well-established, midsized Property Management company located in the Guildford area of Surrey. We are looking for an experienced take-charge Senior Property Administrator to assist with the management of commercial stratas, including a high-profile commercial strata development. JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Property Administrator, you will take control as you assist with the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of commercial strata properties, working with property management, accounting, and leasing. Strong organization skills are key to success in this role as the responsibilities are varied and deadline oriented. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Strata Management License would be an asset, but not a must-have Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Maintain tenant and building files Prepare cover letters and other correspondence Assist with the compilation of financial reports and meeting packages Follow up on accounts receivable, working closely with the manager and accounting Prepare meeting agendas and minutes Prepare tenant welcome packages Occasional attendance at Council meetings (daytime meeting only) Ability to respond to tenant/owner inquiries in a friendly and professional manner Assist with getting quotes Other related duties as necessary OTHER: Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum depending on experience Discretionary bonuses 3 weeks vacation per year to start Business Casual dress Full extended Health Benefits after 3 months Opportunity to work from home as work permits.
