Job description Superior Asphalt Paving Co. is looking for an Sales Representative/Estimator to join our team. In the winter our business converts from creation to removal. We provide snow and ice removal services for over 200 commercial and industrial properties. Requirements/Skills * Must have valid drivers licence * Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite * Exceptional time-management skills; ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks quickly * Thrives in a busy, deadline-oriented environment * Ability to read and create diagrams * Strong math skills * Comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business * Self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment or independently * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Ability to grasp potential issues and problem solve * AutoCAD experience an asset * Knowledge of paving industry an asset * Must have the ablity to stand/walk for extended periods of time and lift objects up to 50lbs. Responsibilities * Meet with new or established clients on site * Identify and meet clients needs and requirements * Prepare and process accurate estimates in a timely manner * Communicate and market directly to new and existing clients * Attend networking events * Manage projects as necessary * Supervise snow removal sites in winter months * Follow and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety rules If you are passionate about sales and have the skills necessary to succeed in this role, we encourage you to apply.
