Job Title: Financial Operations Leader This role oversees the financial operations of a company, managing key processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Lead the month/quarter-end close process, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards; Record all financial transactions and maintain appropriate books of accounts; Prepare monthly financial reports and annual/monthly financial statements, including detailed notes; Develop cash flow projections and manage cash requirements and working capital; Monitor business performance metrics and provide support to planning initiatives through financial analysis; Ensure SOX requirements are met and internal control processes are in place; Assist the VP FP&A with forecasting and budgeting; Manage intercompany accounting among multiple entities; Support audit processes (internal and external); Collaborate with business functions to streamline processes and improve accuracy of financial data; Perform ad-hoc requests as needed. To be successful in this role, you should have: A Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation with 10+ years of experience; Experience working within a public company and managing a team of 6+; Experience with financial systems and SOX implementation; Excellent accounting and analytical skills; Outstanding written and oral communication skills; High attention to detail.
