Your main responsibilities will include: Building, growing, and maintaining profitable and lasting relationships by understanding clients unique financial goals. Identifying and anticipating client needs to uncover opportunities that contribute to their financial success. Providing advice and offering appropriate solutions for clients to meet their transactions, investment, personal financing, made-to-measure insurance, and estate planning needs. Analyzing market trends and economic shifts to advise clients on borrowing and investment decisions. Developing personalized strategies and managing lending portfolios effectively for key client accounts. Sharing knowledge of financial products with clients and colleagues, actively participating in team collaboration. In addition to your technical skills, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. You will be working with a team of peers in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology, and continuously improve processes. Within the sector (Personal Banking), you are part of a large team and report to branch manager. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A university certificate and 3 years of experience; or bachelors degree and 2 years of experience in personal banking or financial services. Experience managing personal investments and deposit portfolios. Mutual fund license or certification is a strong asset. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong knowledge of financial products and lending solutions. Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
