Front Desk Administrator Position We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Front Desk Administrator to provide exceptional customer service to our patients and assist with various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls and schedule appointments. Verify insurance coverage and process payments. Assist with billing and coding. Maintain patient records and update information as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in a dental or medical office is preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Able to work weekdays from 7am to 8:30pm and weekends as needed.
