RAC Auto Services is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at the Bentley Service Centre. This role involves being the face of RAC Auto Services, providing support and advice to members and customers, liaising between technicians and clients, and ensuring a seamless service experience from booking to vehicle collection. What we offer: Monday - Friday, 38 hours a week, plus 4 hours on Saturdays with penalty rates (alternate/flexible) 9-day Fortnightearn full-time wages with the flexibility of a 9-day fortnight Annual salary, Superannuation, Bonus scheme, benefits, and uniform Discounts on insurance, member benefits, and free roadside assistance Career development and learning opportunities Active social club and exclusive member discounts Responsibilities include: Managing the member experience during vehicle service, coordinating with technicians, and communicating with customers Greeting members, confirming vehicle details, and discussing service or repair issues Providing estimates, explaining work, and recommending additional services Ensuring repairs are completed timely and providing updates to members Handling concerns professionally and completing repair orders Supporting sales targets and understanding revenue goals Providing administrative support such as data entry, invoicing, parts returns, and correct order documentation Ideal candidate: Excellent customer relationship management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills Desirable: technical knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing Strong administrative and communication skills Team-oriented with positive relationship-building abilities Flexible to travel and work across centres If interested, contact Lorretta Jackson, Talent Acquisition Partner at 08 9436 356 or email .
