Service Manager Industrial Equipment Maintenance & Operations Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for heavy equipment and high-performing teams? With the largest team under your guidance, you are a key contributor on the leadership team and will collaborate closely with other department leaders, influencing strategic direction, driving growth and results. What Youll Be Doing: Lead the Charge: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of technicians, shop foremen, and service staff. Keep It Moving: Oversee daily shop operations, prioritize workflow, and ensure equipment is user-ready. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, dispatch, and rental departments to deliver seamless service. Own the Process: Handle service calls, prepare estimates, and coordinate with vendors and inspectors. Drive Performance: Conduct reviews, set goals, and create development plans for your team. Champion Safety: Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a culture of care and accountability. What You Bring to the Table: 810 years of experience in the heavy-duty industrial equipment industry. 35 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Deep knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair practices. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
