We need someone who lives around our storage facility, to be able to reliably service, pick up, and drop off the equipment safely back at the unit. Compensation:Photographer / Photo Editor: $50/hrEvent Supervisor: $30/hrFlat Rate (To pick up & drop off equipment at North York storage facility): $80 CADNOTE: Looking for multi-skilled creatives who have permanent access to a vehicle, located around 150 Bermondsey Rd (our storage facility) and can flex across creative roles when needed. The expectation is youll be hired primarily as a supervisor, but must be willing to fill in for the Photographer / Editor roles if needed.Operations Supervisor (Your Role)You're the steady hand during busy event shoots. You'll manage timelines, assist with gear setup, support the photo team, and keep the overall session running like clockwork.Responsibilities:Film BTS content clips on iPhoneOversee event flow and time management on-siteHelp set up and pack down studio gearProvide technical troubleshooting as neededFill in for Photographer or Editor when neededPhotographerYou're confident shooting under pressure, great at directing people quickly, and know how to make anyone feel photogenic. Youll be on-site capturing portraits on a simple white setup, one guest after another.Responsibilities:Operate a studio setup at weddings, corporate or private eventsDirect guests quickly and professionally for portraitsEnsure consistent, flattering lighting and exposureRepresent the studio brand with professionalism and energyPhoto EditorYou love Lightroom. Youre fast, efficient, and have an eye for natural-looking edits. We need editors who can work either on-site during events or remotely afterward.Responsibilities:Cull, color correct, and retouch portrait batches efficientlyMaintain a clean, consistent visual style across sessionsExport and organize files according to delivery specsCollaborate with the photographer and supervisor for instant to quick turnaroundYou should apply if you:Have reliable access to a vehicle (REQUIRED)Have an open availability (can work weekdays and/or weekends, REQUIRED)Are an experienced photographer (youve done headshots, events, studio work, or similar)Have 1-2 years of experience using LightroomAre calm and level-headed under pressure and great with peopleHave strong communication skills who can adapt to all kinds of clients and environmentsTech-savvy creatives who know how to problem-solve when gear or software acts upAvailability for at least 2 gigs/monthBonus points if you:Live within 15 mins of 150 Bermondsey RdKnow how to use studio lighting or camera tethering experienceHave an iPhone 13 or higherHave a keen eye for social media content to be captured on siteAre proactive and organized with a can-do attitudeHow to Apply:Please send your portfolio, resume, and if willing to fill in for the Photo Editor and Supervisor roles if needed to .
