**Job Description** Rceptionniste **Description du poste:** Sous la responsabilit de la direction du site, la rceptionniste rpondra tous les appels entrants, accueillera et dirigera tous les visiteurs et rpondra aux demandes de renseignements de manire positive et professionnelle, en tant que reprsentante de Sant Montfort Extendicare. **Responsabilits principales:** * Rpondre tous les appels entrants et aux demandes des appelants de manire positive et professionnelle ; * Rediriger les appels de manire approprie et prendre des messages clairs et concis lorsque cela est ncessaire ; * Accueillir, aider et diriger tous les visiteurs ; * Ramasser et trier le courrier interne ; * Affranchir les lettres, livrer et envoyer le courrier externe. * Prparer les paquets et organiser le ramassage du courrier ; * Organiser le calendrier et les rservations des salles de runion ; * Mettre jour les listes de tlphone et de distribution ; * Maintenir une zone de rception propre, sre, bien quipe et bien organise ; * Participer de petits projets selon les besoins des autres services administratifs (par exemple, tiquettes, aide l''organisation des dossiers du personnel, etc.) ; * Effectuer d''autres tches selon les besoins ; * Maintenir et promouvoir les valeurs et la philosophie de l''organisation, en particulier en ce qui concerne l''thique, la moralit et l''intgrit, comme indiqu dans le code de conduite d''Extendicare. **Qualifications:** * Comptences suprieures la moyenne en matire de communication interpersonnelle, orale et crite ; * Une exprience pralable dans le domaine de la rception est considre comme un atout ; * Doit faire preuve d''une attitude professionnelle et soigne au tlphone ; * Capacit grer plusieurs tches la fois, travailler sous pression et respecter les dlais ; * Sens aigu de l''organisation et souci du dtail ; * Matrise de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) **English** Reporting to on site Management, the Receptionist will respond to all incoming calls, greet and direct all visitors, answering inquiries in a positive and professional manner, representative of Montfort Extendicare. **Key Responsibilities:** * To answer all incoming calls, and respond to caller''s inquiries in a positive, professional manner ; * To redirect calls as appropriate and take clear, concise messages when required; * To greet, assist and direct all visitors; * To pick up and sort internal mail; * To stamp, deliver and maintain mail machine for external mail; * To prepare packages and arrange courier pick up; * To arrange meeting room schedule and bookings; * To update phone and distribution lists; * To maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well organized reception area; * To assist with small projects as required by other administrative support (i.e. labels, bulk mailing, etc.); * To complete other duties as assigned; * To uphold and promote the organization''s values and philosophy relating particularly to ethics, morality, and integrity as set out in Revera''s Code of Conduct. **Qualifications:** * Above average interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; * Previous experience in reception is considered an asset; * Must exhibit professional and polished telephone manner; * Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, work under pressure, and meet deadlines; * Highly organized and detail focused; * Expertise in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-Mail) **Time Type:** Full time When you choose to build your career with Extendicare, youre joining a team dedicated to making a difference.
