**Job Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing administrative tasks. This role is crucial in providing excellent patient care and support within our facility, particularly in pediatrics. **Duties** * Greet patients and visitors warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression. * Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in scheduling and documentation. * Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and directing calls to appropriate staff members. * Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy, utilizing medical terminology as needed. * Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth operations within the hospital setting. * Provide information about services offered, appointment availability, and other relevant details to patients and families. * Uphold a clean and organized front desk area to enhance the overall patient experience. * Help the physiotherapist with treatment my implementing exercise programs, modalities, or what the treatment plan prescribes * track patient retention and drop and ensure 100% satisfaction with patient care * complete sanitation for treatment area and laundry **Requirements** * Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred, particularly in a healthcare setting. * Knowledge of medical terminology is highly desirable to effectively communicate with staff and patients. * Familiarity with patient care practices, especially in acute care or rehab environment, is an advantage. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain patient and calm under pressure. * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Proficient in using office equipment and software applications relevant to administrative duties. * Ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate patient schedules. * Experience working as a physiotherapist and/or assistant Join us in providing exceptional care while being part of a supportive team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our patients!
