The ideal candidate will be responsible for wide range of production functions on our No-Bake production line. **About the company:** Integra Castings is an ISO 9001:2015 certified **Gray & Ductile iron foundry** with the ability to **melt, mold and core** a wide variety of materials. We offer customized solutions for projects while maintaining the strictest quality assurance guidelines. **Role and responsibilities:** As a No-Bake operator, you would be responsible for learning and performing all functions in the No-Bake line. From the Mixer and Roll over to Mold Assembly operations. This position plays a key role in assisting the team with improving efficiencies while maintaining a production of high-quality molds. **Qualifications:** Highly self-motivated with the willingness to take initiative Strong organizational skills Optimistic person who sees the opportunity for improvement and offers solutions Detail oriented, with a focus on quality and accuracy Clear verbal communication skills in the English language with the ability to Read and Write Ability to lift up to 40lbs Work effectively in a large diverse team setting and act with integrity.
