This position is essential in promoting physical, emotional, and social well-being, contributing to our mission of delivering compassionate and personalized care. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement individualized recreation therapy programs tailored to the needs of senior clients. * Facilitate group activities that promote social interaction and physical engagement. * Assess clients'' interests and abilities to create meaningful recreational experiences. * Collaborate with caregivers and family members to ensure holistic support for clients. * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recreation programs, making adjustments as necessary. * Provide documentation and reports on client progress and participation in activities. **Requirements** * Degree or diploma in Recreation Therapy or a related field. * Experience in senior care or working with individuals with dementia is highly desirable. * Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and families. * Ability to create engaging recreational activities that cater to diverse interests. * Knowledge of case management principles is an asset.
