Responsibilities Assist groomers with bathing, drying, and brushing pets to ensure they are clean and well-groomed. Prepare grooming tools and equipment before each session, ensuring cleanliness and readiness. Maintain a safe and organized workspace, including cleaning up after grooming sessions. Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering questions, and addressing any concerns. Help lift and position pets safely during grooming procedures. Monitor the behavior of pets during grooming to ensure their comfort and safety. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a positive experience for both pets and clients. Qualifications Previous experience in a pet care or grooming environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed when handling larger breeds or equipment. A genuine love for animals and commitment to their well-being. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions from grooming professionals. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends as needed.
