Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Regional Branch Operations Manager Commercial and Residential to oversee day-to-day operations across a dynamic and fast-paced industry. This role carries full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility and involves leading branch performance, managing logistics and compliance, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery to residential, commercial, and agricultural clients. A key focus of this role is optimizing branch operations and driving residential sales growth. Compensation: $90,000 $110,000+DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Health & Safety Leadership: Champion a safe work environment by ensuring adherence to safety protocols and conducting root cause analyses to prevent incidents.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with industry regulations including TSSA, Ministry of Labour, and Ministry of Environment.Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards in cleanliness and organization of vehicles, offices, and bulk plants.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service that exceeds expectations. -Efficiency & Growth: Drive operational efficiencies while leading initiatives to grow the business through local sales efforts and community engagement.Team Leadership: Inspire and support a team of employees to deliver top-tier service, implement coaching strategies, and address performance needs. -Supplier & Contractor Relationships: Cultivate relationships with suppliers and service contractors to support operational needs.RequirementsProven experience leading operations in a customer-focused environment.Strong leadership skills, with prior experience managing teams of 10+ employees.Solid business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.Hands-on experience in trucking operations, equipment installations, and route dispatching is highly valued.Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.Strong integrity, sound business judgment, and initiative.Ability to travel to customer sites and other locations as needed.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, and weekends, and respond to after-hours calls.Corporate CultureThe company's core values are of the utmost importance.
