Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs. Experience using P&L and store reports to influence store performance. Skills in managing cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the 7Rewards loyalty program. Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with food safety laws and requirements. Ensure the store is presentable and stocked with products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but candidates with at least one year of retail management experience are also considered. A valid drivers license and automobile liability insurance are required.
