Creative Operations Associate_Marketing(French-speaking fluency required) About the Team The Ad Operations Merchandising (Creative/Occasions) team is a specialized pod within Ad Ops focused on powering in-app marketing experiences across the product platform. Sitting at the intersection of Ad Operations, Creative, and Occasions, this team works closely with vertically aligned Ad Ops partners and cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Product, Creative Studio, and Localization to deliver timely, high-impact promotional placements that drive merchant value and customer engagement. We support a wide range of initiatives, from seasonal moments and brand-led campaigns to homepage banners, promotional merchandising, and asset quality governance. Our team ensures every campaign is executed with precision, creative consistency, and scalability helping shape the way customers interact with promotions across categories. About the Role Were looking for a highly collaborative and organized Creative Operations Associate to join our Ad Operations Merchandising team. In this role, youll manage and support the production of high-impact creative across the companys top restaurant and retail partners. Youll own banner translation workflows (FR/EN), lead template creation, and play a critical role in the end-to-end execution of creative assets - including campaign banners and scalable tooling improvements. Youll be a key partner to internal stakeholders across CRM, homepage merchandising, and occasion-based marketing, providing operational support and creative coordination to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, on time, and at scale. Youll also be an early contributor to our transition to Ads Manager for banners, helping shape creative standards, share tooling feedback, and drive adoption.
