With a strong design point of view and a lean, hands-on team, we are looking for a proactive and highly organized individual to support our Design Director in all facets of product development and production. The Role: You will work closely with the Design Director to manage day-to-day communication with factories, organize and track development and production timelines, and keep our seasonal calendars on course. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-obsessed, and loves keeping things moving behind the scenes. Responsibilities: Production & Factory Communication Coordinate with domestic and overseas vendors to track sample development, approvals, and bulk production status Follow up on deliveries, timelines, and outstanding items Support fit sessions by organizing samples and tracking changes Product Development Support Maintain and update tech packs, BOMs, and line sheets Update design decks and wholesale linesheets Assist with sourcing raw materials, trims, and fabrics Help manage lab dips, strike-offs, and swatch approvals Measure samples and support with fit comments and product development Manage product knowledge Admin & Workflow Management Create and maintain seasonal WIP trackers and calendars Track and manage sample inventory and shipping/receiving Maintain & develop cost negotiations library Improve and maximize use of PLM software Cross-functional Support Liaise with logistics, e-commerce, wholesale and marketing as needed to keep them aligned on delivery timelines and product status Qualifications: 13 years of experience in apparel production or product development (activewear a plus) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and follow-up habits Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; PLM or Adobe Illustrator a plus Comfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities Passion for women''s fashion, activewear, and detail-oriented execution Please submit your resume and a short note on why you''re interested in this role and what you bring to the table to on or before August 17th at 11:59 pm.
