Volt is immediately hiring for Pricing and Rebate Coordinatorin Dollard-Des Ormeaux, Quebec. In Customer Careyou will: Manage the customer profile pricing agreements with direction from different business units with ourinternal tools. Maintain accurate pricing in various tools and ensure timely updates. Provide support for pricing-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Manage and resolve pricing claims and discrepancies to ensure accurate billing and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the claims department to address and resolve any pricing-related issues. Collaborate with Sales, Channel Representatives, and Price Authorizers to process various requests. Work closely with Accounts Receivable (AR) to match and clear invoices. Ensure quality and accuracy of data entry, as it is price-sensitive.This is afull timeopportunity. Hours: 8am-5pm; Mon- Fri The first three weeks of training will be in-person at theDollard-Des Ormeaux,Quebec location. The ideal candidate will haveBilingual in French and English required. Creation, maintenance, and modification of customer profile pricing agreements in compliance withdirectives from Sales Representatives, Channel Managers, and Distributors. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proven experience in pricing analysis or a similar role. Proficiency in SAP. Advanced Microsoft Excel is essential to be successful in this role. Ability to work effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently. Excellent attention to detail and willingness to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to multitask, set priorities, and take ownership of projects. Ability to analyze data and present actionable results.
