As part of a global leader in industrial filtration, you will be empowered to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and environmental performance.Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Performs Customer Onboarding; educates customers on maintenance best practices, and Nederman's aftermarket value proposition Identify and pursue opportunities for service agreements, preventative maintenance programs, and spare parts packages. Proactively generate quotes (for spare parts, inspections, troubleshooting services, and minor repairs) follow up on proposals, and close service-related sales opportunities. Track install base data, identify service revenue opportunities and develop outreach strategies. Assist in the new customer setup process, and ensure functional objects are properly entered into IFS (ERP), on an as-needed basis. Maintain accurate records of account details, customer interactions, opportunities, and service agreements in CRM systems, and continuously update install base directory with the most recent information. Collaborate with the service operations team to coordinate schedules and deliverables for contract execution. Leverage customer data and analytics to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Engage and qualify aftermarket leads following trade show events to drive customer interest and sales Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for continuous improvement in aftermarket offeringsQualifications Your Experience & Education 35 years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Success, preferably within industrial B2B environments involving capital equipment, engineered systems, or technical solutions Proven success in building customer relationships and driving aftermarket/service sales Experience working in ERP systems and CRM platformsYour Skills & Traits: Proven ability to sell service agreements, spare parts, and value-added aftermarket solutions Strong customer service mindset and orientation with a proactive and solution-oriented approach Good interpersonal skills and decision making ability Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills; manage multiple opportunities, quotes, and follow-ups efficiently; avid CRM user Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required.
