Job Description

The Assistant Parts Sales Manager position plays a vital role in driving business expansion and customer satisfaction. This full-time, permanent role requires strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills. Main Responsibilities: Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements, including monthly reviews. Manage the supply chain process, liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, and consumers to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain the self-selection display and promote seasonal parts and merchandise. Develop business by gaining new contracts, analyzing problems, and producing solutions. Produce regular and timely reports and statistics to drive business performance. Ensure set productivity targets are met through motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork. Contribute to corporate reports and forecasts for branch reporting as necessary. Requirements: Experience in a fast-paced parts department. Understanding of technical aspects of agriculture, heavy equipment, and materials handling. Solid understanding of basic mathematical processes and ability to mentally determine mathematical solutions to problems. Knowledge of A/R Liabilities, Parts Pricing & Matrix, inventory valuation, piece ranking reports, loss sales reports, asset turnover, and inventory control.
