Schedule: MondayFriday, with rotating weekend on-call Shifts Available: 6:00 AM3:00 PM | 7:00 AM4:00 PM | 8:00 AM5:00 PM Wage Range: $28$38/hour (based on experience) About the Role: Were looking for a skilled and motivated Equipment Mechanic to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for preventive maintenance (PMs) and breakdown repairs on a variety of equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and safe operation. Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled PMs and respond to equipment breakdowns Troubleshoot mechanical and light electrical issues (wiring, diagnostics) Conduct welding, hydraulic, transmission, and brake system repairs Support OSHA inspections and maintain compliance standards Collaborate with team members while also working independently Assist peers when needed and communicate effectively across departments Work safely at heights when required What Were Looking For: Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable asking questions and jumping in to help others Agile and adaptable in a dynamic work environment Must own basic tools (sockets, wrenches, impact wrench, power drill) All specialized tools and equipment will be provided on-site Comfortable working at heights and in various conditions Preferred Qualifications: ASE Certification (preferred, not required) Ready to join a team that values your skills and supports your growth?
