Responsibilities include platform development, customer experience optimization, and online sales growth for non-EDI Post-Acute and Acute off-contract customers, driving profitable revenue growth. The role involves cross-functional leadership to drive revenue, margins, and customer retention through engaging content, SEO/SEM strategies, and promoting Medline Brand conversions, upsells, and cross-sells. The candidate must understand Ecommerce sales and marketing, build scalable operations, and deliver new capabilities for growth in Canada. Core Job Responsibilities Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to increase market share, profitability, and customer conversion. Set KPIs and achieve Ecommerce Deal Thesis. Participate in platform development, ensuring seamless customer experience and scalability. Promote Medline Brand conversion through targeted campaigns, pricing, and bundling. Oversee UX/UI to optimize navigation, search, and purchase processes. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and IT to align initiatives. Monitor ecommerce metrics and use data insights for continuous improvement. Manage budget and optimize ROI. Implement AI-driven solutions for personalization, operational efficiencies, and demand forecasting. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or related field. 7-10 years in Ecommerce marketing, digital marketing, or online sales, especially in B2B contexts. Experience managing large-scale B2B Ecommerce operations. Proficiency with Ecommerce platforms (e.g., SAP Commerce Cloud, Magento). Knowledge of Web Development fundamentals (UX/UI, HTML, CSS). Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau). Expertise in SEO, SEM, paid search, remarketing. Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce). Interest in AI applications for business growth. Strong data analysis and strategic skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Creative problem-solving abilities.
